What I liked most about this book is that the author draws from his personal experience, as well as philosophers and psychologists. He has homfcoming and changed millions of lives through his books, television series, and his lectures and workshops around the country. Attempt some of the exercises Bradshaw outlines and see how they work for you. The concept of the Inner Child is important and beautiful, yet cgampioning book just doesn’t fit into our time, anymore.
